I took on the task of caring for two nephews under the age of ten. It was an absolute challenge. They will be here until December 12 or 13th. I have surgery scheduled for December 13th for a torn rotator cuff. I’ve heard some pretty scary stories about the pain. I had to get an injection last month because the pain was so bad. Even with that duty still called. Washing, ironing, cooking, cleaning, giving baths and homework. Homework. That’s a whole nuther issue. Third grader uses a computer. No books. communication with the teachers is via text messages or computer. Everything is electronic. So at 63 years of age I am learning how to round numbers, describe angles, hit the button. etc. When I lay down at night I’m one tired nana.
